For any request about your data, write to marcello.sleep.spa@gmail.com. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as it is not mandatory for this activity.

When you visit the site, our systems and the hosting provider automatically collect some technical data sent by your browser (for example IP address, device and browser type, date and time of the visit, pages requested). This data is used only to allow the site to work and to keep it secure.

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect aggregated statistics about how the site is used (pages viewed, visit duration, device, traffic source). The data is pseudonymised: it is linked to a technical identifier stored in a cookie, not to your identity, and Google Analytics does not record your IP address. If you write or call us, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, message content) to reply to your requests and arrange your stay.

Browsing statistics: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.

Technical browsing data: the legitimate interest in the operation and security of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Replies to your requests: the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Your data may be processed, as data processors, by the providers that support us: Vercel Inc. (site hosting) and Google (for Google Analytics and Google Maps). We do not disclose your data and we do not sell it to third parties.

Some providers, including Vercel and Google, may process data in the United States. The transfer takes place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Google Analytics statistics are kept for up to 14 months. Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations.

You have the right to access your data, to ask for its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, and to request its portability.

To exercise these rights, write to marcello.sleep.spa@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. For cookies, you can do this by clicking “Cookie preferences” in the site footer.
