Lake Garda is the most popular Italian destination among Northern European travellers, but its lake towns go quiet at night and lakefront hotels are among the most expensive in Italy. Marcello Sleep & Spa is a 66 m² suite with private wellness in Via Lastre 3A, in the historic centre of Verona, 30 minutes by car or train from the Verona shore of the lake: the ideal base to explore Garda by day and return to a lively city in the evening, with museums, restaurants and art open until late.
Our suite is designed for two adults: independent entrance, Finnish sauna, chromotherapy jacuzzi and Calacatta marble bathroom, all private. After a day at the lake, perhaps with a boat trip to Limone or a Bardolino wine tasting, you return to Verona, settle into your private wellness and walk to dinner just minutes from the suite.
Verona is also more convenient than the lake for travellers arriving by plane or train: Verona-Villafranca airport 11 km away, Verona Porta Nuova station 1.9 km away with high-speed Frecce trains from Milan, Venice, Rome and direct trains from Munich and Germany. From there, regional trains to Peschiera del Garda every 30 minutes.

30 minutes by car
A4 motorway towards Milan, exit at Peschiera del Garda. Parking in every lakefront town.
15 minutes by regional train
From Verona Porta Nuova (1.9 km from the suite, taxi or bus) a regional train leaves every 30 minutes for Peschiera del Garda. From there, buses or ferries serve the whole lake.
ATV lines to the eastern shore
Lines 162, 164, 185 serve Lazise, Bardolino and Garda. Departure from the bus station, 1.8 km from the suite.
